There are two ways to export rosters. Both require some level of administrative access. So if you do not see these options, you will need to contact a website administrator at your organization.

If you do not have sufficient system access to access the Participant Report, there is another way to export, provided you have been granted it.
On the Overview page of the squad, one of the actions you can choose is to export it. The squad export is not as flexible as the reports. Squad export supports only one squad at a time.
