You may have forgotten password, or you may simply wish to change it. The instructions are the same, but If you are signed in, you must first sign out.
Getting a password reset link
Once signed out, press the Sign In button at the top of the page. On the Sign In page, you'll see a link to Reset your password. That link also appears on the first page of any registration or booking if you are not signed in.
Press Reset link and enter the current email address associated with the account. You'll be emailed a link to perform the reset.
If you no longer have access to that email address, you will either need to change it first or have an administrator change it for you. (Of course, if you don't recall your password, you will have to have an administrator do that for you, but this may apply to you if you want to change a known password.)
Instructions to change your email address or to have an administrator change it for you are on the Changing the email address for your account article.
Using the emailed password reset link
The link emailed to you takes you to a page where you can reset your password. Each link can only be used once, and must be used within 24 hours. If you tried unsuccessfully to use it or it has been more than 24 hours, you can receive a new link using the instructions in the first section of this article.
Once you enter your new password and confirm it, you may be taken to your home page. Sometimes this does not happen. But in that case, the password reset is still successful and you may Sign In using the button at the top of the page.
Your browser may attempt to fill in the password for you, depending on your browser settings and extensions. This is problematic if you are attempting to change your password. If so, you should disable this behavior and/or use a private browsing/incognito window to change your password. These are browser functions, and you should follow help documentation for your browser to do this if needed.
