You may be aware of some scheduled events which you cannot see.
Here are some things you can check to ensure your events will show up whenever your organization publishes them.
Make sure you are properly linked to participants on the events.
From your user icon in the upper right, choose Participant Profiles ("Participant" may say something else at your organization). You will either be navigated to your participant's profile or given a list of your participants.
If you do not have a Profiles link at all, you are not linked to any participant. You will need someone with full access to the participant to add you as a linked user. That could be someone already linked or a system administrator.
Make sure you can get to the squad(s) on the events.
If you are able to reach a participant on a squad with the events you want, their squad(s) should be listed on their profile.
If the organization has not published the squad, you will not see it listed on the profile unless you have some sort of elevated access (you are an administrator, head coach, captain, etc.). If the squad is not published and you do not have any special level of access, you will not be able to see its events.
Confirm others can see the events or with squad administrators.
SquadFusion provides a lot of customization. Each organization has different rules dictating which events show to which people at any given time.
Even though you can navigate to your participant's profile and then to the squad(s) listed on the profile, you still may not be able to see the events when everything is working properly. Event visibility is controlled by administrators and is based on the type of event you are trying to view.
They may have turned off visibility for your level of access. Many organizations do this as they load new events, until they have confirmed everything loaded as they intended.
If you share access to the participant with someone else (e.g., the participant is your child and another parent is also linked to the profile in the list of linked users), you can check with that person to determine whether they see the events.
If there is no one else on the profile or they cannot see the events either, you can check with other people listed on the roster. Go to the squad page, and choose Roster. Most likely, your organization has enabled some contact information to show, and you could check with someone else.
