Your website comes with several menu tabs for your Organization Home menu. You can rename these, add your own, and add additional pages to tabs.
When tabs have multiple pages (called content items) added to them, they turn into dropdowns. You can delete individual content items from tabs by pressing the delete icon next to the content item.
If you want to delete an entire menu tab, there is an option on the bottom left to do so.
